Welcome to Residential Complex "I Lavatoi"

The old rural residence, which has a historical and cultural value, was built into a protected area called “Florentine hills”. Its origin goes back on the period before 1830. The original structure seems to have been the “Tower House” with still visible buttresses. In an area of enviromental significance, the new complex, entirely renovated, respects and enhances the typical characteristics of the existing traditional construction, both in the form and in the material. In the area there are several farms and farmhouses, all producing excellent wine as well as seasonal agricultural products.
